In accordance with the provisions of sub-section (5B) of Section 18 of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, a copy of the Annual Report and Accounts of the Institute for the year ended on 31st March, 2025 is required to be published in the Gazette of India latest by 30th September, 2025. Accordingly, the same has been published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III Section 4 dated 31st July, 2025. The aforesaid Annual Report and Accounts as published in the Gazette of India have also been hosted on the Website of the Institute for information and downloading by the members.

Members interested in having a hard copy of the same may kindly send their request in this regard along with their membership number and complete postal address at which the Report is to be sent, to the under mentioned address :-

In the 75th Annual Accounts of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India published on 27th September 2024 in Part III, Section IV of the Gazette of India, in the English version, on pages 362 to 365, and 389, the date appearing beneath the names of the Auditors should read as 17th September 2024 instead of 17th September 2023. Necessary corrigendum is being published in the Official Gazette of India in this regard.

The date 17th September 2024 is correctly published in the Hindi Version of Annual Accounts. However, while sending the matter for publication in the Gazette Notification, this error of date in the English version has crept in inadvertently.

It is further clarified that the Annual Accounts of the Institute were signed by the Statutory Auditors on 17th September, 2024 mentioning the same date there.
